All hair services may increase due to specific needs of each client. A consultation will assess hair condition, length, thickness, color history, damage, and any other specifics which always keep the clients hair integrity in mind. Prices are determined by your stylist during the consultation and may vary for a variety of reasons: the length and thickness of your hair, and the time and product required to complete you service. Clients may have to come back for another appointment to get their desired needs.

Due to the rising costs throughout the year, there will be a $2 ticket fee for haircuts and a $3 ticket fee for color services to help us maintain the highest quality of products and services with the overall increase in all business expenses. As an incentive, using cash can relieve the credit card service charge.

CANCELLATIONS

In consideration of our other guests and your stylist, we ask that if you need to cancel, please allow as much notice as possible.

Any cancellations given within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% of the reserved service price(s).

Custom Extensions

We offer a wide range of customizable extensions. Service estimates are based upon a complimentary consultation with a certified extension stylists. Client purchases extensions prior to appointment. 

Re-Do's

For color corrections or unsatisfactory results clients must report the issue within 7 days of when service was performed. 

Minors

Any client under the age of 18 must get signed parental permission before accepting color services.
